Application Requirements & Procedure
Applicants are required to submit the following documents:
- A fully completed Application Form
- Verified photocopies of Certificates or ECZ Results
- A copy of the National Registration Card (NRC)
- Deposit slip for a non-refundable application fee of K150
⚠️ Important Notice:
Uncertified copies of certificates and NRCs will not be accepted.

The completed Application Form and all attachments may be submitted through any of the following methods:
